EUROPAPRENEUR
The objective of the project is to transfer the elements of the innovative entrepreneur diploma - national competence based qualifications for entrepreneurs developed in Finland to European partner countries and to develop entrepreneurship training (training of nascent entrepreneurs) in Finland further through the impulse from the partner countries. The final objective is the creation of a common European diploma.
A consortium of eleven international partners from eight countries has formed, working together on a transfer of innovation project in the field of entrepreneurship training and further training of on-going entrepreneurs. In the framework of this project, Irish, Finnish, Dutch, Belgian, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Slovenian partners will professionally contribute to the creation of a Europapreneur qualification system suggestion which helps European entrepreneurship trainers, teachers and tutors to better train nascent entrepreneurs and ongoing entrepreneurs in their efforts to survive, success and grow on markets.
The project team integrates expertise and experience alike in fields of training, e-learning, management and legal consulting, curriculum development, and vocational training. With the aim of developing Europapreneur qualification system suggestion employing new learning and teaching materials to be delivered through state of the art methods the consortium members each will contribute significantly to the success of the project and the products developed therein. The significance of the specific composition of the consortium is shown in the collaborative development of the Europapreneur.
The mix between SMEs, training institutes, public bodies and departments of ministries of education/VET, e-learning experts, consulting companies and end-users will produce results, which employ the best of both worlds, namely of theoretical and entrepreneurial approaches as well as practical experiences. Furthermore the establishment of the consortium for Europapreneur create the sound basis for interaction between trainers, nascent entrepreneurs and ongoing entrepreneurs as well as labour market, actors of VET, educational policy makers etc.
