The National Centre for Professional Development in Education Educode Ltd, a new state-owned company, began its operations on January 1st, 2010. The new company continues the services of its predecessor, The National Centre for Professional Development in Education Opeko. In our main field of operations, that is, educational development services, we are the market leader in Finland. We have permanent premises in Tampere and Heinola but we function nationally, in the whole country.

We offer our services and expertise in the fields of Managing and organisations, Learning and counseling, Pedagogical solutions, Languages and Cultures, Networks and communities, IT services and training, and Education through the medium of Swedish. International education cooperation is one of our main activities. Our clientele consists of education professionals, teachers, head teachers; education planners on local, national and international levels; public administration officers; and increasingly companies.
